Makeup 101 Classes

Want to learn how to apply your makeup flawlessly? Host a MakeUp 101 Class for you and your friends and learn from a Professional Makeup Artist!

Skill Level: The Makeup 101 Class is designed for beginners and those who want to perfect their makeup application.

Class Structure: The class features a live demonstration of a basic Make-Up Application on the host, and tips & tricks for applying makeup. Participants will follow along with the instructor step-by-step to create a FACE for themselves. The instructor may also assist each participant complete the steps to applying makeup.

Class Duration: 4 Hours

Class Topics: Some of the topics and steps that will be covered in the class are as follows:

Basics of Makeup
Prepping the Skin
Correct and Conceal
Foundation 101
Highlighting & Contouring
Eyebrow Shaping
Applying Eye shadow
Applying False Lashes
Maintaining your FACE

Dates: Classes are available on Saturday and Sundays only.

Time/Duration: The FA.C.E.S Makeup 101 Class is approximately 4 hours. Class times are set at 1:00- 5:00 PM or 4:00 – 8:00 PM, and depends on host preference.

Cost: $45 per person. A minimum of 5 participants (including host) are required to participate in a class. Maximum number of participants is 7 to allow for one-on-one interaction with each participant as they complete their look. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

Deposit/Payment: A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure class date/time. The deposit is half the total cost of the total number of participants. For example: Total cost of 5 participants $225. The deposit required is $112.50 dollars. Deposit may be made via CashApp. Full Class payment is required 48 hours before class date.

Cancellations/Reschedules: Cancellations and reschedules may be requested up until 72 hours before the class date. Deposits will be credited towards next class booking. For cancellations or reschedules made after 72 hours, the host forfeits the total cost of the class, which may be credited towards next class booking.

Host Information: Host must provide the space for the event. The space should be able to accommodate 2 six feet tables, and good lighting is a plus.

Host is responsible for providing refreshments and drinks.

Host may receive a Make-Up Application by the Instructor as part of the live demonstration or may request a non-participating person receive the makeup application in their place. All participants are subjected to the per person class fee.

During the class, no children are allowed in the class area to allow for concentration during the class and for their own safety.

Participants must arrive on time to be able to cover all topics in the allotted time frame. Class will not extend beyond the end time.

Liability: F.A.C.E.S. by Torr is not responsible for any allergic reactions you may have to the makeup products or for any incidents that happen while applying makeup while participating in the class.

Materials Needed:

Participants may bring their own makeup kit; however the following items are necessary to participate in the class and complete your look. Suggestions have also been provided below. They may be purchased at any beauty store or store that carries beauty products (Ulta, Sephora, Target, Walmart, Amazon etc.)
